Description
Benin is one of West Africa’s leading cashew producers, and Togo also grows cashew. We supply raw cashew nuts in shell (RCN), dried and cleaned, for shelling plants and traders.
The quality of a raw cashew lot is judged mainly by its kernel outturn ratio (KOR), nut count and moisture. These values are measured on a sample and shared before the contract.

| Criterion | Value |
|---|---|
| Kernel outturn (KOR) | 46–50 lbs per 80 kg bag |
| Nut count | 180–210 nuts per kg |
| Moisture | ≤ 10% |
| Defective nuts | ≤ 10% |
| Foreign matter | ≤ 1% |
Indicative values. The characteristics of your lot are given in the offer and in its certificate of analysis.
